A Berlin security service with a clear standard
ESG Solution is a security service headquartered in Berlin. We wanted to build a provider that stays personally reachable yet works to fixed procedures. Our clients are private individuals, companies and public institutions. Our staff are IHK-certified, and the operations centre is staffed 365 days a year. Every assignment starts with a risk analysis, followed by a concept, deployment and ongoing adjustment. The first consultation is free. If a protection concept would be oversized for you, we will say so.
How we work: prevent first, intervene second
There is no standard package with us. Every assignment starts with a site inspection: where are the access points, when is it quiet, what would be a worthwhile target? The concept follows from that. In operation we combine presence on site with sensors and video technology so irregularities are noticed early. Every incident is documented, and we adjust the plan when the situation changes. Our staff are trained in de-escalation and emergencies. Staying calm is a skill with us, not a coincidence.
The people behind ESG Solution
Three areas carry our operations: operations management, risk analysis and training. Here is who is responsible for what.
Operations management
Local speed
Plans the shifts, coordinates the teams on site and is your contact when something happens at night.
Risk management
Prevention concepts
Inspects your properties, assesses hazards and writes the concept our staff work to.
Academy & training
Quality & training
Trains our employees in emergency management, de-escalation and first aid so every step is routine in an emergency.
From Berlin, with technology, on call.
Staff, technology and operations centre come from one source. That saves you coordination and saves us response time.
Our values: professionalism, trust & integrity
What this means day to day shows in three things: how we plan, whom we deploy and how we work with you.
These are the areas in which we prove our expertise every day
Quality you can count on
Guard services require a permit in Germany (section 34a GewO), and our staff demonstrate the IHK qualification. We are happy to tell you in conversation what you can verify with us.
Get to know us in a conversation
Tell us what needs protecting. We listen, ask questions and tell you openly which measures make sense. The conversation is free and non-binding.
